How do I make a purchase?

Purchasing on is simple. Select the item/s you wish to purchase including the size and colour, click ‘add to cart’ and follow the prompts on the screen. If you have an existing account please log into your account, if you do not have an existing account you will be required to create one during the process of checkout. The system will advise you of the steps required to purchase your desired items.

How do I contact customer care?

If you have a question that is not answered on the website or if you are having difficulty, please contact head office. All contact details are located under ‘Contact Us’. All enquiries via email will be answered within 24 hours between Monday to Friday. All enquiries made over the weekend will be answered on Monday.

Can I order by telephone?

You can certainly order via telephone. Simply call a customer care representative on +61 8 8353 3651. Once you have provided us with the details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information, we will process your order.

How do I find a specific item?

There is a search function in the top right hand corner throughout the website. If you know the design you are looking for, or any key words that will identify your desired product, please enter the here.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless it has written ‘sold out’ along the desired size in the drop down box. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping cart, it isn't reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing. Tip: Search through the designs, make your selection and purchase within half an hour.

What if an item is out of stock?

If you are seeking an item out of stock, please contact head office as the item may go back into production in which we will inform you.

How will I know if you have received my order?

Once you have placed your order and your billing details have been approved, you will receive an email from Mary-Kyri confirming that your order has been received and accepted. Your order will then be dispatched and you will receive a shipping dispatch email notification to advise you. Please see 'Shipping Times and Charges' listed below for further information.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched. Once in receipt of this tracking number, you can check the current status of your shipment. Tracking one's order is the customer's responsibility.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that all information shared on is totally private and confidential. utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology for managing the security of message transmissions on the Internet. At no point do we share, exchange, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. When creating an account on, you are required to enter your full name, mailing address, email address and other necessary information. Mary-Kyri may use these details to inform you of new collections, discounted stock and the latest news via email. If you prefer not to receive such emails, please uncheck the box in your account. In order to process credit card orders online we require additional information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and credit card expiration date. We will use your billing and credit card information to process your order. Please note that Mary-Kyri does not keep any of your details on the website, and therefore these details are protected from any breach of security on the website. Navigational information is used solely for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability.

Are there seasonal sales on Mary-Kyri?

Seasonal sales will be available throughout the year. If an item is discounted, the sale price will appear in red alongside the original recommended retail price. Please be advised that cannot guarantee the same discounted price on other online stores or boutique locations. Please see ‘Price Matching’ information listed below.

Are import duties and charges included in the sale price?

Any import duties and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any duties and charges incurred will be directed in full to the customer by Australia Post. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import taxes, Mary-Kyri reserves the right to charge any additional costs incurred.
